Welcome to the City of Clayton Police Department.

The police dept. is located just off. Main Street at 14 Emergency Dr. and in the same building of the Rabun Co. Public Safety Center. (Phone 706-782-2181) (Fax 706-782-2630)

Our business office is open Monday through Friday from 0800 till 1600 hours (4p.m.). The dept. is a 7-day a week, 24 hour a day police dept. and can be reached anytime in an emergency by dialing 911. Our dept. operates with 11 employees, 10 certified officers and an office administrator who also serves as the municipal clerk of court.
